The operatives of the FCT police command at Iddo police division have arrested one Nuhu Ezra following a credible intelligence on July 9, 2024, at Gosa Kipikipi village, Lugbe, Abuja, with a human skull and bones.
The suspect, who was found with the body parts upon interrogation, stated that he picked them up from the bush while hunting at Kuje and had the intention to sell the body parts for six hundred thousand naira (N600,000)
This was revealed by FCT Police Public Relations Officer SP Josephine Adeh in a statement. She disclosed that commissioner of police, FCT CP Ben Igweh, has ordered a thorough investigation to ascertain if the suspect killed anyone to be in possession of the body parts, how long the suspect has been in the alleged business of the body parts and the intended buyer. He therefore urges residents to be wary of their environment and report suspicious activities.
