The Hon. Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Barr. Hauwa Abubakar has led a team of state lawyers in the historic court session at the High Court Complex Maiduguri, as numerous cases from Borno State were presided over by presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Ali Abubakar Babandi Gumel
The Court will sit from Monday,11th to Thursday, 14 November 2024, as part of its decision to sit in Maiduguri at the end of each month. This will give legal practitioners and litigants easier access to justice.
By establishing regular monthly sessions in Maiduguri, the Court aims to streamline judicial processes and provide timely resolution of cases, ultimately benefiting lawyers and clients alike. This move is anticipated to enhance the legal landscape of the region, ensuring that justice is accessible to the people.
