His Excellency’s transformative approach to governance, especially in addressing security challenges and restoring hope to communities, has not only set a remarkable standard for leadership but has also earned the admiration of all Nigerians.
Mrs. Hauwa Abubakar said that, His innovative policies and compassionate service have greatly impacted lives, rekindling the faith of the people in government and paving the way for sustainable peace and development. She said that the awards affirm what they have always known: “that you are a true leader, a beacon of hope, and a trailblazer in public service”.
She declared that, the Ministry of Justice stands in solidarity with His Excellency, celebrating this historic achievement and wishing him continued success in his noble mission to transform Borno State into a model of resilience, pros and justice, Praying that may Allah (SWT) continue to guide and protect him as he lead towards a brighter and more secure further.
